This warranty is granted by Henry Repeating Arms. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner of any firearm. With respect to such firearms, this warranty supersedes any and all other warranties.

Henry Repeating Arms firearms are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any such defects of which Henry Repeating Arms receives notice after the date of purchase by the original owner, will be remedied by Henry Repeating Arms without charge as quickly as possible following the delivery of the firearm as provided below.

In the event of an emergency (time sensitive repairs), call 201-858-4400, and ask for priority service. This allows you to speak with a Henry Repeating Arms representative. Your firearm will be sent to a gunsmith immediately upon receiving it in our facility. After the repairs are completed, we will return your Henry Repeating Arms firearm via overnight delivery.

Warranty claims and the firearm concerned should be entered in our Henry Warranty Service system. After your customer information and firearm information is inputted into our system and your warranty claim is approved, we will send you a complimentary shipping label via email or mail to ensure your gun is delivered to Henry Repeating Arms59 East 1st Street, Bayonne, NJ 07002. It is important that the owner comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in the shipment of firearms to Henry Repeating Arms. ENSURE YOUR FIREARM IS PACKAGED SAFE AND SECURELY WITH NO AMMO INSIDE THE FIREARM.

Warranty claims should state the model and serial number of the firearm concerned and the description of the problem you may have. If the firearm is in anyway compromised or lost in transit, you will receive a gun of the same model and year; if the lost firearm is a discontinued model then you will be eligible to replace the firearm with a newer similar model of equalvalue. Transportation and insurance charges for return to owner will be paid by Henry Repeating Arms if the claim is covered by the warranty. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL HENRY REPEATING ARMS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ECONOMIC LOSS, INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Henry Repeating Arms will not be responsible for:

• Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling, unauthorized adjustments or modifications made or attempted by anyone other than a qualified gunsmith following Henry Repeating Arms authorized procedures, or failure to follow the disassembly instructions in the Henry Repeating Arms manual.
• Use of defective or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use.

Note: All liability is excluded in the event that the instructions in the Henry Repeating Arms manual are not observed.
